I’m coming from a Sharepoint+Nintex backgroud, and there is an out of the box global delegation that we can set up very easily for when someone goes on prolonged leaves.
Is there a way to do this with Nintex AC ?
I can’t find a built in option to perform this, nor can I imagine a way to do that via a workflow.
Maybe there’s an API ?

Currently, the only delegation available is when the person that is assigned the task, opens the task actively delegates the task to someone else.
We have an API available which allows us to use this same this ability.

Currently this solution uses tables as the data source but nothing stops your from changing this to a SharePoint list. I myself have customized this solution using this as a base to also send a daily summary of email tasks.
