Any ideas on how to get a Data Lookup field in NWC display unique values? In the drop down below we would like to only see one option for Pershing Demo however we see multiple because the SharePoint list has multiple entries for that company.

As of now, this is not possible within Nintex Workflow Cloud forms. This is because the records that are within the dropdown are all records that match your query when connecting to your data source, which we cannot filter down to unique values of a given column.
I would suggest that you think about having a unique list for Companies that you would like your users to select from rather than the current list you are using or perhaps a different data point than the company name.
