When I attempt to connect to one of our SharePoint online sites, and retrieve lists, I get an error in the dropdown of “forbidden.”
This method works on all our other sites, and I have full control of the site in question. Any help on getting this corrected?

Have you tried using another account? You say you have full access to the site, but it appears that SharePoint thinks otherwise.
