If a user uses their web browser autocomplete feature to complete an embedded form Address control the address data is not captured and stored (in this case to a Sharepoint list). Is there a way in which this can be addressed (excuse the pun :-)) to ensure the address data is captured?

Hey @feckinirish

puh, this is a tricky question, because we don’t know the browser or the AutoComplete Feature you use.

But, i know that behavior from outher sides, can you check if the field is empty (empytish) before you click submit.

Can you provide us a Screenshot from the form?

cheers

Sven

hi Sven,

I’ve worked though this somewhat with Majiid already. We checked the length of any value inserted in the Address control via the browser autocomplete and this was 0. Using the Google select was fine and returned the address as expected.
