I have created a List in SharePoint and created Forms and views. I have modified the new form design in SharePoint, but it dint reflect for other two forms Edit and Display]. Do we have any specific method for changing all the design commonly.

If you go with the default form generation from K2 for SharePoint, it will generate separate display/new/edit views and forms. So changing one will not impact the others. You would need to develop a single view that can be used in multiple forms and with the rules to handle all three modes. K2 for SharePoint will not do this for you. What may help when creating the single view is that you can refer to the design of display/new/edit views that K2 for SharePoint to help understand all that needs to be done to get a working single view that can replace the three.
