As far as I know the checkbox control does not have the wrap text option which I presume you already noted, I also do not think that you can wrap the checkbox'es text with a different out of the box object, you might be able to get the desired goal achieved with expressions however I can tell that this would most defenintly be a very advance one.

A alternative suggestion would be to use some custom Javascript code that you could add to a literal configured data label however I am not one hundred percent sure what the javascript code should look like. I hope this helps to some extend.
