One of our users is running into this error whenever they try to generate a document in Salesforce using our Nintex integration: Unable to authorize: Unknown authentication error. Error Id: 71e63f64-8583-4229-956b-3cc4b5fd510e.
Has anyone encountered this before? Could help solve this?
