Would anyone know if there is a way to combing products from two different opportunities in Salesforce in one document? In this case - I'm looking to create a document that lists the products from a child and parent opportunity.
Any ideas? I haven't been able to find any.

It sounds like you're trying to use our Row Replication feature. Please see our documentation on row replication in Word here.
One thing to note is since Opportunity Line Items is a junction object you may need to get tags from both the Opportunity Product and Product objects in your field tagger.
