See pic below, installed the latest client tools, and the Process Wizards is missing from K2 Studio, any ideas?

Is the K2 for SharePoint Client componant installed on your client machine? If so please run the K2 for Sharepoint Setup manager from the installation media and select modify to install the K2 Client.
