From what I have seen, the upgrade path looks the obvious choice. but I just wondered if anyone had any stories that might point to uninstall/reinstall being the better option?
Thanks in adance,
Andrew

I would personally also opt for the upgrade over the uninstall option. But in the end I would say it really doesn’t matter which to use.
just to report back, it all went fine, except for 2 issues which I could fix/work around:
The first is that it reset the SecurityLabels table and so I lost my multi-domain additions - I should have picked this up quite quickly, but the error was reported just as a generic 'could not authenticate' message, so it took me a while to backtrack to find it.
The other error was with the Web Designer - I could not get it working under Kerberos (with constrained delegation). Since K2 and SharePoint were on the same server I could revert to NTLM (no reporting services, so double hops), but I would have liked to have known what was wrong.
