K2 Five (5.1) Fix Pack 22
Issue Description
When you execute a K2 connect SmartObject after changing your single sign on credentials, you are not prompted to update your stored single sign on credentials.
Error Message
The following error message occurs: “An Error occurred during the SmartObject execution.”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP22 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP22 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
Considerations
The fix will only be applied if you have K2 connect 5.1 installed.
