Unable to open K2 sites: No realms for '[SmartForms Designer/Runtime URL]' was found.

The URL shown in the error message reflects the old server name and not the current server name. 

 

Please ensure that the realm value specified in the section below in the SmartForms Runtime and Designer web.config files is pointing to the correct Runtime or Designer URL you are currently using.
