Drawloop - Users Unable See the To Field in Email Page

Issue

Users/profiles are unable to view, select, or edit the "To" field on the email run page

Resolution

Verify that the affected profile/user has access to the Task.WhoId field. In addition they will need read access to Contacts and Leads
