Issue
When a customer is using the Safari browser to view a PDF under the notes and attachment related list section, they get redirected to a new page with an error that says "Safari can't open page".
Resolution
This is a known issue with Salesforce and they have a resolution in place. Please follow the link below to resolve this issue.
