Issue
When configuring a form with rules that hide specific fields based on the status of a drop down, the rules do not function with the same behavior across multiple objects on the form.
Resolution
Ensure that Inserted References in each rule have not been copied and pasted from another rule.

Best practice for Nintex Forms rules is to manually insert every reference while writing a condition.
