Panel controls on responsive forms missing and error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." displayed instead after update to Nintex Forms version 2.11.1.0
Resolution
Update to the latest build of Nintex Forms for SharePoint. This has been resolved in the December 2017 release of Nintex Forms.
