When adding a license in Foxtrot Administrator, and are able to see the licenses but clicking on the Manage Licenses button, a message displays saying, "No Licenses to Add," this is usually due to a lack of internet connection. Foxtrot Administrator needs to reach out to the Activation Server and an invalid certificate or a firewall setting is blocking access (168.62.219.168).
*Note this is for Foxtrot versions 15.1.10 and below.
Instructions
Make sure that port 80 is open on the machine and that the anti-virus is not blocking access to the internet.
Check certificate to make sure it has not expired and meets the minimum requirements as stated in this link:
