When a Document is updated in a Variation of a Process, this change is being propagated to the rest of the Variations.

The option Replace Document with New Version is used instead of uploading separate documents for the variation.  

When Replace with New Version is used, this document is updated everywhere in Nintex Promapp where that document is used.  Uploading a separate document means that the document is unique to that variation.
