Issues with contacting Support or the Promaster. When clicking on Help > Contact Support/Contact Promaster a new browser tab launches, with no options to email.
After Clicking Contact Promaster / Contact Support, new browser tab pops up:
The 'Default App' for 'Mail' on your PC needs to be changed to an email application (i.e. Outlook, Windows Mail App etc).
For Windows 10 PCs:
1) Please search 'Default Apps'
2) Click on it:
3) In Email, click on this:
4) Choose an app: Click on Outlook (or Mail if you use Mail):
5) The Default App has now been changed:
6) Log back into Promapp, and Click on Help > Contact Promaster. A new email will pop up allowing you to Email through to the Promaster:
If multiple users require this change, please contact your IT Department for further information.
If you are using Apple MAC OS, please contact your IT Department and they will be able to assist with the change.
