Issue
Nintex Forms Enterprise controls (Web Request control and SQL Request Control) are missing.
Resolution
1. Deactivate the Nintex Forms features at the site collection level
2. Deactivate the Nintex Forms feature at the Web application level
3. Navigate to Central Admin>Nintex Forms Management>Manage Form Controls
4. Import the following two Classes:
Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.FormControls.WebServiceFormControl, Nintex.Forms.SharePoint, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883
Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.FormControls.ViewWorkflowFormControl, Nintex.Forms.SharePoint, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883
5. Activate the Nintex Forms feature at the web application level,
6. Activate Nintex Forms at the site collection level
Additional Information
If a new license has been issued make sure that it is an Enterprise license.
