Issue
When one record within the SaaS system is updated, multiple workflow instances are triggered for the same record.
Resolution
Ensure that there are no duplicate workflows within your Workflow Gallery that are interacting with the same record type. Multiple instances can be triggered on the same record update if there are multiple workflows that have been designed around the same start condition.
