ISSUE
When Document Package is being sent via email, the following error might occur:

Missing refresh token. User might not have been authorized.
ERROR CODE
Missing refresh token. User might not have been authorized.
RESOLUTION
  1. Navigate to Setup > My Personal Info > Email > My Email Settings.
  2. Select the "Salesforce" radio button and verify the information populated in the other fields is accurate.
  3. Click Save.

Additionally, Please have the user try sending an email via Salesforce Feed. This may prompt for the reauthorization with Salesforce email configuration
