ISSUE
When Document Package is being sent via email, the following error might occur:Missing refresh token. User might not have been authorized.

- Navigate to Setup > My Personal Info > Email > My Email Settings.
- Select the "Salesforce" radio button and verify the information populated in the other fields is accurate.
- Click Save.
Additionally, Please have the user try sending an email via Salesforce Feed. This may prompt for the reauthorization with Salesforce email configuration
