When attempting to navigate to a document package, you receive the error: "Insufficient Privilege: You do not have the permissions needed to access Profile." The user is seeing this after an upgrade to a newer version. 
User could access document packages prior to the upgrade. 

This is cause by upgraded security measures by Nintex DocGen and Salesforce Permissions.
Work around to do this is to give user access to view Setup.

1. Go to User Profile Overview page
2. System Permissions
3. Check "View Setup and Configuration"
