Nintex Workflow 3.3.0.0
When configuring the Message Template Footer in either the site/site collection/farm level with HTML in a table, the HTML data does not save in the setting.
Re-opening the Message template option, all message templates are blank until you select "Revert back to the farm level default message templates".
It is also truncating the HTML in the "Edit Source" window and when tested in a Send notification action text is being cutoff.

Resolution
This was a bug in Nintex Workflow 3.3.0.0 that has been resolved in the July 2019 release, 3.5.0.0.
