Issue
Nintex list Form fails to publish with the below error.
Error message:
Failed to Save Nintex Form. Error: You cannot perform this action on a checked out document

Resolution
1. Navigate to the hidden forms library (https://yoursite/NintexForms) for the site affected.
2. Click on Library Settings - Versioning Settings - Require Check Out. Set the field to "No".
