ISSUE
When running a workflow that uses "Office 365 Upload File", the following error occurs:The file name already exists, or the folder could not be found, or the document library column could not be found

- Review the destination library on the SharePoint site and ensure that a file with the desired file name does not exist.
- If it does not appear in the SharePoint site view, use Windows Explorer to verify the file name is not in use.
