ISSUE

When publishing a workflow, the following error might occur:

Error: Soap server was unable to process request. Initiate workflow form not found. Please create it from the workflow settings dialog

ERROR CODE

RESOLUTION

Export the start form.
Delete the start form from the Nintex Forms designer.
Publish the workflow.
Import the start form.
Publish the workflow.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This error generally occurs when an unsaved form is opened from the workflow's start form for editing in the workflow editor.
