Drawloop - 'SOAP response was a nack'

Issue

Error is seen in Salesforce Outbound Message Monitoring when generating an Automated DocGen Package (outbound message)

Error Code

SOAP response was a nack'

Resolution

Check the affected user's profile to see if Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled with High Assurance. You will need to remove High assurance from the Multi-Factor Authentication and use the Standard option. 

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, then select Profiles.
2. Select a profile.
3. Scroll to Session Settings, and find the Session security level required at login setting.
4. Click Edit, and remove High Assurance (or select Standard).
5. Save your changes.
6. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Session Settings, then select Session Settings.
7. In Session Security Levels, make sure that Multi-Factor Authentication is in the Standard column.

Additional Information

Currently Drawloop DocGen does not support the High Assurance Salesforce setting. Users containing this setting will not be able to run packages.
