Users have the functionality to attach files from desktop while on the email preview page if they have a single document and while in Classic. This is landing on the Salesforce email preview page.
When running the package in Lightning or the DocGen Package outputs more than one file in Classic, the email preview page will land on Drawloop's email page (this is a Visualforce page that we created to mimic the look of Salesforce's email preview page)
Instructions
The current workaround is:
1. Add placeholder documents in the template section on the DDP
2. Confirm placeholder docs are using Pause to Edit feature
3. When prompted to update attachments on the run page, replace the placeholder files with desired documents from your computer.
