Issue

When trying to create a K2 Application from a SharePoint document library or list an error appears.

Symptoms

Creating a K2 Application from SharePoint document library returns the following error message.

SmartObject Server Exception: Error refreshing Service Instance '[Service instance name]'. Service returned : 'Required Property [Property name] does not exist on method.'

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the K2 4.7 February Cumulative 2017 update - however, we recommend applying the latest Cumulative update and the issue will not occur again.

 

 

If you experience this in Appit, the issue has been resolved in the latest version of Appit.
