Blank Workflow Gallery for Internet Explorer 11 in Nintex Workflow for Office 365

Issue

A blank page appears when accessing the Workflow gallery in Nintex Workflow for Office 365 using Internet Explorer 11 however with all others browsers there are no issues.

 

Resolution

  1. Using Internet Explorer press F12 to bring up developer tools.
  2. Click on the Emulation tab (or Ctrl +7).
  3. On the menu bar, click on the Emulation icon along the right.
  4. Change the current setting to 11 which is generally the default option.
