Is it possible to connect to either SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint 2016 from SharePoint Online through a workflows designed with Nintex for Office 365?
ANSWER
No, the connection between SharePoint 2013 or 2016 and SharePoint Online is one way only (On-Prem -> SharePoint Online).
