Hi,

I'm looking for a way to query a online sharepoint list and have it return unique text in a column. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? For this situation I just need a count of how many unique items there are. I tried this below, but no luck.

Hi @Andrew87 ,

i am not 100 % sure, if i understood you correctly, but you can use the condition function in the query to get a e.g a unique or a set of data from the list.

You could try using the Remove Duplicates from Collection after querying the list https://help.nintex.com/en-us/Office365/Designer/Actions/RemoveDuplicatesFromCollection.htm after adding the list to a collection. Check how here https://community.nintex.com/t5/Nintex-for-SharePoint-Forum/Add-all-items-of-a-list-to-a-collection-variable/td-p/38653
