Issue

SQL server service instance list method shows error "User does not have permission to perform this action."

Symptoms

When using a combination of SQL Service Instance's Authentication Mode and the Service Keys 'Use Native SQL Execution' and 'On Different SQL Server' will result in different behaviors, see link below.

Troubleshooting Steps

The list method works after changing to use "Use Native SQL Execution" = 'false' option.
