Nintex Promapp - Allow Support Access to your site


To allow Nintex Support & Customer Success team members access to your site to investigate any support cases you may have raised a Promaster will need to grant access to Promapp Support. 



  1. Navigate to Admin > Configure > Security
  2. Find the setting: Allow Promapp Support access until 
  3. Select the edit pencil and change the date to a date of your choosing - we recommend allowing at least 1 week for full investigation of any issues. 
  4. Select the save icon to save the changes
