1. User receives an insufficient privileges error when trying to delete a record from the DocGen Queue.
  • The User has read/write access to the folder in the queue
  • The user has the DocGen User permission set.
  • The Admin can delete without issue.

 

Instructions

1. The User profile will need to have View All and Modify All selected in the DocGen Queue object settings.
  • Navigate to User Profile >
  • Object Settings >
  • DocGen Queue (Document Request)
  • Enable View All and Modify all under the Object Permissions
