1. User receives an insufficient privileges error when trying to delete a record from the DocGen Queue.
- The User has read/write access to the folder in the queue
- The user has the DocGen User permission set.
- The Admin can delete without issue.
Instructions
1. The User profile will need to have View All and Modify All selected in the DocGen Queue object settings.
- Navigate to User Profile >
- Object Settings >
- DocGen Queue (Document Request)
- Enable View All and Modify all under the Object Permissions
