It appears all templates for Office 365 Workflows have been removed from the gallery.  Did I miss forewarning that these templates would be removed?  Does this speak to a preference toward Workflow Cloud deployments?

Is there anyway that I can retrieve the Workflow templates for 365 that were previously available?
