Why are there differences in the reply-to email address for a Send Notification action between Internal and External email service in Nintex Workflow for Office 365?

 

Additional Information

Depending on the email address for the recipient (internal or external email address), the "reply-to" email address for the "Send an Email" could be either of the following : 

Internal email: Use this option to send emails to accounts within your tenancy, such as SharePoint groups and distribution lists.
Email service: Microsoft Office 365.
Reply-to address: no-reply@sharepointonline.com (cannot be changed).
Attachments: Not supported.

External email and attachment: Use this option to send emails to anyone, including personal email addresses and mailing lists outside of your tenancy.
Email service: External email service configured by Nintex.
Reply-to address: noreply@workflownotification.com (cannot be changed).
Attachments: Supported.
