Answer
The Risk simple sign off emails are sent out twice
- When the Risk becomes due (orange in the My Risks dashboard)
- When the Risk becomes overdue (red in the My Risks dashboard)
Additional Information
When a risk becomes due is determined from the Admin > Risks configuration setting Risk schedule signoff becomes due how many days in advance (Default: 7).
