Answer
The stakeholders management feature in the new Promapp theme can be found under -
- Admin > Manage Groups
- Click 3 dots icon next to a process group > Click 'Manage Stakeholders'
- In the Edit <process group name> Stakeholders dialog box > For each stakeholder management configure, click the edit/pencil icon > click in the Add by User or Role/Responsibility field.
- Click edit/pencil icon to add document owners and document approvers if document approval is turned on.
- Click Save.
