When are email notifications for Checklists triggered?
Information
Email Notifications are/are not triggered in the following situations:
1. An email notification should always be sent to the next user on a task if the next owner is a different user.
2. An email notification is not sent when a user is the first user on the first task AND they are the ones who create the Checklist.
3. An email notification is not sent when a user is checking off a task from the Checklist interface AND that user is the next owner of the next task.
(This behavior is designed as the user is looking at the Checklist interface.)
4. If a user checks off the task from the Button in an Email or the Dashboard Button AND is the owner of the next task on the list, then the email notification is triggered as you are not looking at the Checklist interface.
