When attempting to generate a document, why can't my users see the package they need to run?
Answer
Here are somethings you can check to see if the package is not displaying as expected on the run page:
- Make sure the DocGen Package is running off the correct object
- See if the starting object marked on the DocGen Package correlates with the object that you are running
- Make sure the "Set Security" (or "Availability" in LEDD) has profile, role, permission set, or group that the user has
- Check the button to see if there are filters that is causing the DocGen Package not appear
- See if the criteria matches what you have in your DocGen Package
