Hello - I use Nintex Site Workflow for SharePoint 2016. I have Current Date column in SharePoint list.How do I create a site workflow to update Current Date column in SharePoint list to a current date? I’m appreciated your help.
hi We have a list on which a workflow named “Approve Items” has already run. For some of the items in this list, the column “Approve items” is blank though the WF has run. I can even see the workflow history and the WF is there along with rest of details. Its just that link which takes the user from List View to the Workflow history which is blank.I want to somehow updated this column ( Approve items) on these selected items with the link . Already tried this PS script but it does not seem to make any change to the column. Any idea on how to achieve this? I'm trying to create a SharePoint form with repetitive controls.I'm a SharePoint Online user(Office 365).I'm looking for a workaround to do this without using InfoPath or any third party software like Nintex. A JavaScript solution would be ideal.Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
I work with K2 BlackPearl BPM tool. Currently at a Client site, and I need to consume web services to create my SmartObjects.The web service that am calling has XML as its input and output.So, what I need is a way of making the XML become readable for me to use.Summary: I want a way to consume the XML by converting it to a table format at my end, and also a way to converting my table format output to XML to send back to the web service.
Until approximately 2017, the Google product forums allowed styling posts with underline, text color and size, and text background color, perhaps also font type, implemented through a JavaScript-based WISIWYG rich text editor.In ~2017, their text editor was stripped of most functionality, and custom colours and font sizes were removed from existing posts.Does anyone have the JavaScript code of that legacy rich text editor? If anyone has downloaded a page from Google product forums back then, the JavaScript code might be contained in the _files subfolder.

Greetings: The default view of the workflows in my NWC tenant dashboard is unfiltered, so I see a lot of workflows in various stages of development and testing as well as the ones that are in production. I have created tags to apply as filters and this works great but there doesn’t appear to be a way to save a filtered view of the dashboard as the new default view). It’s a royal pain to have to apply the same filters each time I click on the dashboard. Is there a way to set a filtered view as the default?
Hi How can I force users to login to via AAD not windows sts. I have enabled AAD login on realm but it seems to pick up windows authentication when users browse to the k2 site. Can someone please assist? thanks.
Hello I have a problem,I have a repeating section that is connected (because of workflow thing) and inside I have some controls which cannot be connected because the repeating section is already connected if I understand it correctly.But I want that repeating section to be hiding based on condition of the control inside of it - but somehow it doest work. Tried like “isNullOrEmpty("") && Is Display Mode” but that doesnt seems to work either.Could someone help me please? Thanks
Hey everyone, I’m looking for help with a solution for a client regarding creating group calendar events. The Microsoft office groups - create group event, will not work for our needs. So we are in the process of creating a custom extension because we need to bypass the user login, by using a delegated account. I’m fairly lost and not really sure how to tackle this problem, so any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and happy holidays.

I have recorded a cmd.exe screen, and used the inbuilt function of input text. However, when it is being runned, no text is being entered into the cmd. The robot does not end the wizard but gets stucked at the cmd screen. Do let me know any inputs on how to solve this issue. Here is an example attached below:

Hello, I am using Nintex 2013 On PremisesI have a custom list where the Form Designer is disabled. There is already a nintex form created on this list and is working but now the designer is disabled for some reason and I cannot modify.The Nintex Workflow icon is enabled. Nintex Forms is enabled at the site collection level. I am Site Collection Admin so have full access. I have asked to Farm Admin to look and he also sees it as disabled. I have looked at other lists on the same site and the Form Designer is enabled. I have also looked at the problem list in Chrome and it is still disabled. I have opened and closed the browers as well. Any suggestions?

Hi,I am trying to work out why some of my process instances aren’t fully interacting with our product and others do and this has involved combing through the instances and the activities they are on. What I note is that they are on the same Activity but the successful ones that trigger stuff in our product are at Status 2 = Active, while the others have their Activity at Status 1 = Waiting.Does anyone know what this means in terms of the internal processing?Thanks
Hi all,Since upgrading from SharePoint 2013 to 2016, some of our scheduled site level workflows are failing to start. The errors say the workflows were canceled by System Account and the Workflows failed to start. We have a ticket open with Nintex but haven’t gotten very far and I’ hoping maybe someone on here as experienced a similar issue and can help us out. so far, we have restarted all the timer jobs/services. I’ve republished and rescheduled the workflows, updated entries to the XML node in the config files. still no luck. :(Please help us! Let me know if you need more info. ThanksKassie
I have a form with 5 Choice fields, all have choices of Yes or No. I need to determine a score based on which ones are selected. For example, if Choice1 = No and Choice2 = Yes, then I want a score of 3.I attached a diagram of the choices and each score. I’d like to have just one score field that shows the appropriate score.Is there a way I can make this work in the Nintex Form?
On the NWC SQL Server Connection does anyone know how to configure it using a port other than 1433? This is just an example but I have tried xxx.xxxx.com:14333 and xxx.xxxx.com,1433 but I get an error in the database host column.

Hi I have AAD label and K2 label which sync to AD.AAD name field value is email address but when I assign task to Name field of AAD, it assigns task to AD user identity. However, when used Name field with AD identity it assigns to the correct user. Is this expected? Can I someone please help.Thanks
Hello - I use Nintex for SharePoint 2016. I currently created an email notification workflow on the site level. I can't add a link to the document within the email message on Site Workflow. Is there a way to add a link to the document in the body of the email notification? I’m appreciated your help.
