This article describes how to obtain logs from System Manager that are used to troubleshoot issues related to the RPA Server installation. 

 

Instructions

NOTE: The steps below need to be executed on the Application Server. The logs are not available on RPA Studio or Robot machines.

During the installation of Nintex RPA using System Manager, you may encounter errors that will cause the installation to fail.

To troubleshoot the issue, you need to check the installation logs to understand the reason behind it. The logs can be found in the System Manager folder located here: <Installed Drive>:\Program Files\NintexSystemManager\ For example, E:\Program Files\NintexSystemManager\

These logs must also be provided to Nintex Support if you have trouble understanding the error or finding its root cause. Attach all the logs from the occurrence when opening a support case to speed up the investigation.
