I am running a query in the Control Settings - SQL Request.  It is to show all the Divisions for each Department, however on the Departments that have an apostrophe like in its name like Clerk's Office the results are empty.  When selecting any other Departments I am able to see all the Divisions.  

I know there is a way to run the query and to replace any apostrophe's in the results.  I need help doing this within Nintex.
