Good Day,

 

I am really new to Nintex forms and am required to create certain forms for use in inspection reporting.

 

I am trying to create a rule where the selection of any of the 6 unsatisfactory condition buttons would in turn select(check) a hidden button that would flag a column in the list as unsatisfactory condition reported. Does anybody have some insight or a simple solution?

Are you using Responsive or Classic Forms? 

Classic in order to achieve the design needed.

Also when you say "Buttons" do you mean Yes/No controls, or Choices? Are they separate Controls, or what? A picture and a little more info would be helpful (even if it is just a mockup).
