Issue

Trying to save or deploy a workflow in K2 Cloud presents the following error:

"Value cannot be null. Parameter name: processData.ProcessId"

This is only applicable to SQLUM users and AAD users.

This occurs for users with a K2 FQN longer than 50 characters, ie:

K2LABEL:User@domain.com / AAD:User.Lastname@Superlongdomainname.onmicrosoft.com

Symptoms

You cannot Deploy or Save a workflow.

Resolution

This is a known issue in K2 Cloud and will be addressed in the next update with current ETA set for February 2018.

A workaround is to create users with short names where possible.
