Code Fix: An exception occurs in K2 Management on the Mobile node
Issue Description
When you click on the Mobile node in K2 Management, an exception occurs.
Error Message
The following exception occurs: “The SmartObject Unknown or one of its components could not be resolved. Error Details : ServiceObject definition does not contain method. ServiceObject : [PushNotificationManager]. Method : [GetPushNoticationSetting]”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP8 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP8 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
