All AAD users unable to access K2 Cloud environment - "AAD user could not be found" error

All AAD users are unable to access the K2 Cloud environment and receiving a "user could not be found error".
Symptoms
All AAD users unable to access K2 Cloud environment. When they try to access K2 sites (Management, Workspace, Designer etc.) they are getting the following error:
Server Error Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.
The AAD:user@dommain.onmicrosoft.com could not be found. (http 500 error)
Resolution
It is a possibility that an admin consent was not granted for this environment and you need to grant it to resolve this issue.
Log a ticket and request to resend the admin consent email for the affected environment - it will contain a link to grant admin consent.
