Issue
Intermittent error coming from a SmartBox SmartObject called in a runtime form/view.
Below are points observed regarding the issue:
- There is no issue executing the SmartObject from K2 Management when it occurs on the form/view.
- The SmartObject is used in multiple forms/views but the error is only observed on a specific form.
- Reloading the form resolves the error.
Error Code
Inconsistent SmartObject. Mapped Service Object property does not exist. SmartObject: [{SmartObject_Name}]. Service : [SmartBoxService]. Service Object : [{ServiceObject_Name}]. Version : []. Property : [{SmartObject_Property}]
Resolution
A package containing this SmartObject and the forms/views where it is referenced was redeployed.
